The 2025 GMC HUMMER EV Pickup boasts cutting-edge design, durability, and versatility with the raw power only an EV can deliver. Equally at home on the road or in the rugged outdoors, we want to tell you more about some examples of its all-electric power.

Electrified Strength of the 2025 GMC HUMMER EV Pickup
Raw Motor Power
The 2025 HUMMER Pickup is available in two trims: the EV 2x and EV 3x. The EV 2x features a dual electric motor system, with one motor controlling the front axle and the second responsible for the rear axle. These motors deliver 570 hp and 7,400 lb-ft of torque, and they’re powered by a 20-module Ultium 200-kilowatt-hour battery pack with an effective 318-mile range when fully charged.
The EV 3x provides even more awe-inspiring power with its three electric motors, with two dedicated to the rear axle and the third powering the front axle. They provide 1,000 hp and a blistering 11,800 lb-ft of torque and are powered by a 24-module Ultium battery. The EV 3x can easily travel 367 miles with a fully powered battery.
Watts to Freedom (WTF)
This standard feature on the EV 3x allows you to experience the full power of its 1,000 hp. To activate WTF, your HUMMER needs to be stationary on a closed course. You press the Traction Control button on your Driver Information Center screen twice, and a pop-up will appear to confirm activating WTF mode. Once you approve, the suspension adjusts, and your HUMMER lowers itself in preparation.
A prompt will appear on your screen to advise you to press the brake and accelerator pedals. When you’re ready, you release the brake pedal and experience the incredible feeling of your HUMMER going from 0 to 60 mph in 3 seconds! This feat is even more outstanding when you consider the HUMMER weighs in at 9,063 pounds.
CrabWalk Mode
This mode is available on the 2x and 3x trims and enables your HUMMER to move diagonally so you can easily enter or exit a tight parking space or negotiate passage between boulders or other potentially blocking terrain. You access this mode by bringing our vehicle to a stop, centering the wheels, and holding the left side of the Drive Mode Control Dial for six seconds.
An orange CrabWalk icon will appear on your screen to show that the mode is active, and your HUMMER’s rear wheels can now move up to 10 degrees in either direction and will mimic the front wheel’s movement. You can disengage this mode by pressing the left side of the dial again, and it will automatically disengage if you exceed 25 mph.
